Shipping Policy

Zone4Outdoor partners with trusted U.S. distributors and fulfillment centers to deliver outdoor gear and adventure technology efficiently and reliably. Below is our complete shipping policy.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing timelines may vary depending on item availability and warehouse volume.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Zone4Outdoor currently ships within the United States only.
Estimated delivery windows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Oversized or heavy items: 5–10 business days
- Remote or rural locations: Additional transit time may apply
Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped.
3. Multiple Shipments
Because many products are fulfilled directly from our partners’ warehouses across the U.S., your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package will include its own tracking number.
No additional shipping charges apply for split shipments.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking details are automatically emailed once each package ships.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to:
- P.O. boxes (varies by product)
- APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. territories
- International destinations
Certain high-value items may require a signature upon delivery.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted, as many items enter fulfillment immediately.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Verify the address used during checkout
- Contact the carrier
- Email us to help initiate an investigation (info@zone4outdoor.com)
Stolen Packages
Zone4Outdoor is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
We will assist with carrier claims where possible.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged:
- Photograph the packaging and product
- Contact us within 7 days
- We will coordinate a replacement or refund according to supplier guidelines
8. Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is on pre-order or backorder, estimated ship dates will be displayed when available. Dates are subject to change based on manufacturer supply.
